Aixtron Gets Order from Taiwan LED Company

Aixtron AG announced that it received an order from EpiLEDs Technologies, Inc. for four CRIUS systems each with 31x2 inch capacity. EpiLEDs Technologies, located in Taiwan, is a leading manufacturer of Ultra High Brightness (UHB) LEDs. Aixtron AG of Aachen, Germany, announced that it has received an order from EpiLEDs Technologies of Taiwan for four CRIUS MOCVD systems with 31x2-inch capacity. EpiLEDs is a maker of what it calls ultra high brightness LEDs.
